DESCRIPTION:We welcome Alobhin back to lead the Sangha this week.\nOur Sangha night is held weekly on Thursdays at the Quaker Meeting house on Queen’s Road. We start at 7am and typically finish around 9pm. These evenings typically follow the same format:\n\nCheckin – each person gets the opportunity to explain how they are feeling, and maybe talk a little about how their practice has been going throughout the week. You can say as little or as much as you like.\nA meditation – this maybe guided or an could be an open sit.\nA tea break around 8pm\nA Dharma talk and discussion.\n\n \n
